Your Exfoliation Routine
Regularly exfoliating your skin aids in enhancing the absorption of moisturizers you apply.  Just don't overdo it!  Once or twice a week is plenty.

When we use mechanical exfoliators (battery operated face scrubbers etc.) too often it can compromise the skin barrier and lead to heightened dryness and irritation. 

Opt for exfoliants containing humectant ingredients.  A common humectant, used in some foods is honey.  Honey, when used properly helps to retain moisture and maintain proper skin hydration.

Switching to a richer moisturizer in the evenings can be beneficial for your skin.  After cleansing, it’s essential to apply a hydrating moisturizer, but at night, opting for a heavier option is recommended.
